Yes. Avant Car has a staffed desk at Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, open 07:00–22:00, with pick-up outside those hours on request. Add your flight number to the booking and we hold the car if the flight is delayed.
A valid driving licence held for at least two years, a passport or ID card, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit. Licences issued outside the EU should be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
Yes, into Croatia, Austria, North Macedonia, Italy and Hungary once the cross-border permit is added to the contract. Tell us the countries when booking so the green card and vignettes are ready.
Yes. The deposit is blocked on a credit card at pick-up and released after the car is returned. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is shown before you confirm the booking.
Yes. Electric cars are a standard category, delivered fully charged and supplied with the cables and a charging card for the Slovenian network.
Nothing, provided we have the flight number. The reservation is tracked against the flight and the car is held until you land, at no extra charge.
Yes. Additional drivers can be added at booking or at the counter; each must present a licence and meet the same age and experience conditions.
